Defence Minister Rajnath Singh calls Saryu Roy, enquires about health

Jamshedpur : Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, called the independent MLA of Jamshedpur East Saryu Roy and enquired about his health. Singh expressed concern over Saryu being infected by Corona.  It may be recalled that Roy had rebelled against the BJP in the last assembly election and contested against former Chief Minister Raghubar Das and defeated him to become an MLA. Saryu tweeted and wrote, ‘At five o’clock in the evening, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh called and expressed concern over my health, and wished me for a speedy recovery, he expressed concern over the outbreak of corona in Jharkhand. He said that Chief Minister Hemant Soren is assured that in the Corona War, he will take the initiative to provide full support to Jharkhand from the Centre.
