Gamharia: Deputy Commissioner of Seraikela Chadra Sekhar has lauded the efforts of IDTR for developing technical skills among the youths.
The DC said the IDTR is not only giving training to the youths but also is providing technical manpower to local industries.
He was speaking while handing over certificates to the trainees who have successfully completed one year CNC and welding cum fitter training course organized by Subarnarekha Project at IDTR Hall.
Superintendent of Police Durga Oraon congratulated the students and wished them good luck in their future endeavors. Earlier in the programme the GM of Indo-Danish Tool Room SS Kohli gave inaugural address while DGM Ashutosh Kumar thanked the deputy commissioner and official of Subarnarekha Project Hari Kumar Keshri for extending assistance in conductance of the training programme.
Kohli said that 80 percent of the youths underwent technical training at the Tool Room have got placements in different companies. Chairman of RK Forging Limited MP Jalan on the occasion gave assurances that the company would absorb fifty percent of the participants gone through the technical training successfully.
Jalan said that without having technical training industry growth could not be achieved. He assured all help to Indo Danish Tool Room in holding further training programmes for the students.
