Cultural bonanza marks Pre-Primary wing inauguration of Loyola School Telco

Jamshedpur, August 7: A cultural programme marked by diverse hues marked the inauguration of the Pre-Primary School at Loyola School Telco on Monday, August 7. The pulse of the occasion was set as guests were received with performances of Jharkhand’s tribal dances and the school’s students paving the way for them to the premises.

School Administrator, Fr Gerry, in his address, observed, “The inauguration of the Pre-Primary School and the cultural programmes to celebrate the occasion, will be earmarked as a momentous and memorable day for the Loyola Institution.”

The dignitaries jointly lit the traditional lamp thereby symbolizing a new beginning in the realm of education and setting the stage for even greater achievements.

Father Gerry, in the course of his address to the students and guests, had words of encouragement to put in more efforts in their educational pursuits and personal development. He applauded the presence of the guests and emphasized the significance of their contributions.

Father Jerry Coutinho delivered a motivational speech, highlighting that Loyola School remained steadfast in its commitment to progress across various mediums. He emphasized how true Loyoleans brought about positive changes in their families and society. He urged the students to strive for excellence in all fields.

Rector, Father Coutinha, Provincial Father KJ Joseph, Principal Father Vincent Vinod Fernandes of Loyola Bistupur, Vice-Principal of High School Jayanti Sheshadri, Vice-Principal of Junior School Vinitha F Ekka, Fr. Joe Xavier (Gregorian University), Principal Charanjeet Ohson, School Administrator and Treasurer Father Gerry, School Director Father Gautam, and Pre-Primary School Moderator Colin Xavier were present on the occasion. Special guests included Anupam, former Loyolean Nikhil Khaitan, Shalu Khaitan, Ravi Kejriwal, Jeevan Jyoti’s sisters, and contractor Mr Firoz.

The program was efficiently conducted by hosts Som and Anushree. A prayer was offered to bless the building.

The pivotal role of teachers was highlighted and their dedication and organization played a significant role in the success of the event. The program concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Arnab Bose, a student of Class IV. Loyola School Telco was founded in 2015 and has since continued to progress and excel in various fields.
