Jamshedpur, August 7: Tata Motors Workers Union (TMWU) felicitated on Monday at the Union office eight employees who had retired from their service in July. The retirees were honored with shawls and mementos as tokens of appreciation. The honored employees include Dipankar Singh, Aniruddh Saha, Maheshwar Das, Dayanidhi Mahato, Yousuf Alam Ansari, Shivji Sharma, Murthuza, and Murugesan.
On this occasion, TMWU General Secretary, R K Singh extended his warm wishes for the health of all the retirees and their families, expressing hope that they would spend more quality time with their families, leading happy lives. He assured them that whenever the union’s support was required it would always stand by them.
The retired employees, who were honoured by the Union on Monday, appreciated the TMWU throughout their working career and wished the union executives and members to carry on boldly for protection of the rights of the workers.
The event was anchored by Prakash Vishwakarma, and a vote of thanks was offered by H S Saini. (w/gsd)
