Seraikela, July 11: Seraikela-Kharsawan deputy commissioner Arava Rajkamal on Monday informed that one new Covid case has been reported in the district in the last 24 hours. Total active cases in the district have gone up to 22.
Total of 344 samples (RAT, RTPCR, TRUNET) was tested on Monday.
The infected patient is from Gamharia and he is being kept under the supervision of doctors.
DC appealed to follow COVID-19 guidelines and cooperate with district administration in preventing the spread of infection.
Arava Rajkamal said that if any person is suffering from cough, cold, fever, fatigue, abdominal pain, then he should visit the nearest health center, sub-health center and get a Covid test done to ensure infection can be treated in time.
