Ranchi, March 17. The provisional bail petition sought by slain gangster Aman Sahu’s younger brother Akash Sahu to attend the last rites and other rituals of gangster Aman Sahu has been rejected.
On Wednesday, the Ranchi NIA special court had reserved its decision after hearing the arguments of the NIA and Akash Sahu. The court has given its verdict on Monday.
Akash Sahu, brother of gangster Aman Sahu, who was killed in the encounter, has sought provisional bail from the Ranchi Civil Court. He has filed a petition in the special court of Chhatarpur and sought provisional bail for 13 days. Akash Sahu is currently lodged in Hotwar jail.
