Ranchi: Chief Secretary R.S. Sharma today advised the Personnel Department to formulate Core Services Rules for recruitment of people. At a meeting with department officers at the Project Building, he specially stressed on recruitment of gazetted and non-gazetted posts.
Sharma suggested inter-departmental communication for rrequisitions be Internet based. He asked for the chronology of pending files related to Services Rules.
Personnel Principal Secretary S.K. Sathpathy at the meeting presented the status of the Core Services Rule of various Departments which had been notified and were pending.
