Jamshedpur: Members of All Jharkhand Convoy Drivers Union led by Surya Singh Besra today met the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum Dr Amitabh Kaushal and demanded solution to the various problems of convoy drivers.
They said there were 975 convoy drivers who have long been seeking fulfillment of their demands related to their rights.
Besra said the labour commissioner of the state had issued orders to the DC to take necessary action to solve the problems of the convoy drivers.
