Jamshedpur, Oct 18: Demanding annual bonus contract workers of Tata Timeline (Prowiz Mansystem Pvt. Ltd.) on Sunday protested from 6 am to 9 am at Tata Motors South Gate on Sunday.
53 workers led by Jharkhand Shramik Mahasabha jammed the gate for three workers.
Seeing the protest getting intense, Vinit Kumar Singh from Tata Motors management asked the workers to return to work and assured them of paying interim bonus of Rs 3000 after the shift gets over at 2 pm.
Singh also asked the workers of providing them with remaining bonus amount after holding talks with the contractor.
