Jamshedpur : A meeting was held with the Block Presidents of the District Congress, which was chaired by District Congress Committee President Bijay Khan. Jawaharlal Sinha, district in-charge of the State Congress Committee was present as the chief guest.
In the meeting, it was decided that a signature campaign will be sent to the President for not implementing those black laws which have been brought against the farmers by the BJP government.
The District Congress Committee has decided that each block president has to submit at least 2000 signatures. It was also decided that the block president who will sign the highest number of public and submit it to the District Congress Committee, the first, second and third block president will be honored by the state president and all ministers in Ranchi respectively.
District in-charge Jawaharlal has said that all the block presidents should get maximum signatures by Thursday 15 October and submit it to the District Congress Committee.
