Jamshedpur: After the MGM College’s HOD misbehaved with the employees, the patience of the employees broke and they sat on a dharna in the college campus itself. All of them are adamant on demanding removal of the HOD and Superintendent of the hospital from here. He said that both of them have a bad attitude towards employees and they do not talk without abusive language.
Such cases were continuously coming up in the college and the employees were silent about it. However, a few days ago, due to misbehavior with a cleaning worker and the head clerk, the anger of the employees erupted and they sat on a dharna demanding action.
Sohanlal Tudu, President of MGM Medical College Employees Union, said that the behavior of HOD Dr. Upendra Kumar is very bad towards employees. They torture younger employees and their behavior with them is also wrong. Not only this, Superintendent Vijay Singh also abuses. They are protesting against this.
