Congress leaders pay tributes to Netaji

Jamshedpur: The 121st birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was celebrated at Aam Bagan, Sakchi, on Tuesday by members of district Mahila Congress and Youth Congress. District president of Mahila Congress Usha Yadav led the celebration. A large number of party leaders and supporters paid floral tributes to Netaji and took a pledge to follow in his footsteps.
Speaking on the occasion, state Youth Congress secretary Rakesh Sahu said the Central government should declare Netaji as �Rashtra Purush� (Man of the Nation) and declare 23 January as �Rashtra Diwas� (National Day). He asked youths to take inspiration from the great son of India.
Among those present on the occasion included Khagen Chandra Mahato, Maya Singh, Neelam Tiwary, Sunita Singh, Sunaina Devi, Manju Das, Shail Devi and Dharmendra Singh.
