Jamshedpur, July 9: Youth Congress state secretary Rakesh Sahu today lodged a complaint against BJP leader Subramanian Swamy for his unethical and derogatory remarks on Rahul Gandhi during his talk with ANI news agency on July 5 last. Sahu alleged in his FIR that Swamy had spoken lies and passed baseless remarks with intent to malign Rahul Gandhi and distort the Congress leader�s image. Swamy�s remarks were insults to Gandhi said the complainant and YC state secretary Rakesh Sahu. In his FIR lodged in the Sakchi police station, Sahu demanded immediate action against Subramanian Swamy.
Congress members who accompanied Sahu to the Sakchi PS were Pawan Tiwary, Nilesh Prasad, Paritosh Singh, Sanjiv Ranjan, Sushil Tiwary, Mintu Hembram, Ranjit Raut, Prashant Chowdhary, Dinesh Singh, Subodh Kumar, Md Naushad, Amit Kumar, Arun Singh and Jai Prakash Sharma.
