Ranchi, March 7: Criminals shot at a coal trader in broad daylight near Central Academy School on Bariatu Road in Ranchi.
The seriously injured victim has been admitted to Medica Hospital. The incident took place around 10.30 am on Friday. The name of the injured is Vipin Mishra. After getting information about the incident, the police started investigating the matter.
According to the information, the coal trader was coming out of the street near the Government Girls High School in Bariatu police station area for some work.
During this, the criminals who were already waiting fired at him. He fell down due to the bullet injury. Local people informed the police. After this, he was rushed to the hospital. Where his condition is said to be critical.
After committing the crime, the criminals fled. However, the police have intensified their search. The police is investigating the case from every angle. All the CCTV cameras installed in that area are being scanned.
However, information about which gang is behind the incident has not been revealed.

Jamshedpur, Mar 7: The Mayank Singh-Rahul Singh gang has claimed responsibility for the attack on contractor Bipin Mishra in Ranchi’s Bariatu area. Through a social media post on February 7, the gang openly admitted to orchestrating the attack while warning those associated with Mishra to sever ties.
“I take responsibility for the attack in Ranchi Bariatu,” the statement attributed to the gang read. It further added, “Bipin Mishra was saved, but my efforts will continue.” The gang issued a direct warning to all petty contractors, subcontractors and transporters working for Bipin Mishra across Jharkhand, urging them to halt their operations. “Otherwise, I’ll die one by one,” the statement threatened, suggesting continued violence if their demands were not met.
Questioning Mishra’s reliance on external support, the gang’s message concluded with, “How long will you work with the help of any other gang, Mishra?”
