Jamshedpur, Oct. 9: The BJP has set a goal to win over 65 seats in the upcoming polls for the 81-member Jharkhand assembly. Through Johar Jan Ashirwad Yatra the ruling BJP will look to make inroads in the assembly elections scheduled later this year. After covering several locations in the state, the Jan Ashirwad Yatra will reach Potka on October 11 morning. Jamshedpur MP Vidhut Varan Mahato, local MLA Menka Sardar and BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar President Dinesh Kumar will accord a warm welcome to Chief Minister Raghubar Das in Potka who will fly directly from Ranchi on Friday. From Potka the yatra will reach Hata Chowk where CM will address a rally. The yatra will move towards Hesal where CM will garland the bust of martyr Diva Kishan after which the yatra will head towards Rajnagar. Chief Minister is also scheduled to attend programme at Chaibasa and Jhikpani. This was informed through a press communique issued by BJP district spokesperson Ankit Anand. It is worth mentioning that the yatra has to be suspended in Potka in September when heavy rain lashed the district.
