Ranchi, Nov. 5: Laying stress at strengthening waste management system step wise, chief minister Mr. Raghubar Das said that waste should be managed timely and systematically while electricity and fertilizers should be produced along with purifying contaminated water.
For 24 local urban bodies, Ms. Sense India Pvt. Ltd. is preparing schemes whereas Essel Utilities Distribution Pvt. Ltd.-Hitachi Projects Ltd. are preparing schemes for Ranchi Municipal Corporation. He said it while reviewing UDD at Project Building.
He also directed to send proposal to the Central Govt. to include Shahebganj, Ramgarh, Mango & Jamshedpur also under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation & Urban Transformation ( AMRUT).
The CM directed to complete all processes for the construction of flyovers at Kanta Toli & Ratu road by 30th November positively. Moreover, solar power should be produced through developing roof top solar power production & the produced electricity should be transferred to grid.
He also reviewed the water supply schemes & said that 11 schemes are complete, 10 are going on & 4 new have been approved. The govt. is considering to run the water supply schemes on PPP mode along with starting water supply scheme in Godda.
The CM said to arrange technicians/ employs before purchasing any machines.
Urban Development Minister Mr. C. P. Singh, Chief Secretary Mr. Rajiv Gauba and others were present.
