Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren distributed blankets among the people at Albert Ekka Chowkon Wednesday. The CM also visited several other localities and distributed blankets. He wished the people of the state a prosperous and happy new year. He was accompanied by the MLA of Mandar Bandhu Tirkey.
