Ranchi, March 16: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Wednesday directed the Latehar DC to arrange payment of old age pension to helpless Budhni Devi of Heswa, Garu block, at her home since she cannot travel 20 km to withdraw it from the bank.
He further directed to arrange payment of pension to such helpless people at their homes.
It should be noted that the Chief Minister came to know about Budhni Devi is being carried by her son on a cot to the bank which is about 20 km away from the village.
Taking it into cognizance, the CM directed the DC to arrange the facility of pension payment to Mrs. Budhni Devi at her home.
