Ranchi, Aug. 1: Chief Minister Raghubar Das today dedicated a short film on Shravani Mela to the people of the state. The duration of this film is 10 minutes.
The CM congratulated the district administrations of Deoghar and Dumka and the Information and Public Relations Department (IPRD) for coming up with the film.
He appealed to Deoghar and Dumka administration authorities to work sincerely for the kanwarias. �We should endeavour to make a positive image of the state,� he said.
