Jamshedpur: The outsourced cleanliness workers at the Tata Main Hospital (TMH) have gone on strike demanding safety in view of COVID-19. Employees said that they are being sent to work in COVID ward, they are ready for that. But, their safety must also be guaranteed. If tomorrow’s health worsens, they must get treatment.The cleaning workers also said that they are not getting the right food. In this case, they are not able to fight. The staff has given an ultimatum of three days. They said that if they did not get their rights by the agency, they would be forced to agitate again.
