Jamshedpur: One Tritha Raj Chowbe has leveled allegation that the district administration is acting in a partisan manner while conducting anti-encroachment drive.
Tritha Raj said that the district administration had pulled down his house in the name of anti-encroachment drive but did not dismantle his neighbor�s house.
He said that despite repeated requests the DC did not act.
The aggrieved person said that high court and the Kolhan commissioner had already squashed requests of his neighbor and ordered for dismantling of his neighbor�s house, but no action has been taken to the effect.
The case is pertaining to Birsa Nagar zone no 1B.
