Seraikela, July 1: Sadar Hospital in Seraikela celebrated child care Day on Friday, July 1.
At the event Panchayat Mukhiya Renuka Soy kicked off the month long campaign by offering medicine to 9 month old child.
On the occasion Dr. AP Sinha, chief medical officer, said, Infantile disease Day will be observed all over Jharkhand from 1 to 31 July.
He informed that in the district nine blocks have good health facilities available while Sadar Hospital provides 24 hours service.
At the event ACMO Dr. KK Sehgal, Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Dr. Jujharu Majhi, Dr. Priyaranjan, health workers and others were present.
