Dhanbad: Chief Minister Hemant Soren is scheduled to visit Dhanbad on Friday as part of the “Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapki Dwar” program, facilitating direct communication between the CM and the public. During the visit, CM Soren will inaugurate and present schemes worth Rs 981 crore for the development of Dhanbad.
Accompanying the Chief Minister in the program will be Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam and Labor Planning and Training Minister Satyanand Bhokta. Deputy Commissioner Varun Ranjan confirmed on Thursday that all administrative preparations for the CM’s visit have been completed. A helipad has been constructed at Balliapur airstrip, serving as the venue for the program.
The Chief Minister is expected to arrive at around 1 pm, and his itinerary includes a visit to the tomb of Binod Bihari Mahato, a prominent figure in the Jharkhand movement. Subsequently, he will proceed to the program venue. Stringent security measures have been implemented at both the event venue and the airstrip in anticipation of the Chief Minister’s visit.
