Chandil: Four Jamshedpur youths killed in road accident near Kanderbeda

Chandil, Mar 18: A fatal road accident occurred on Monday near the Kanderbeda turn of Chandil police station area on NH-33, claiming the lives of four young individuals. The victims, identified as Abhay Ranjan Singh alias Nikhil, Suraj Aryan, Sanskaar Mishra, and Navneet Kumar Sharma, were all residents of Adityapur Colony, aged between 20 to 25 years.

According to eyewitness accounts and preliminary reports, the tragic incident unfolded when a speeding car collided with a stationary truck parked along the roadside.

The impact of the collision was so severe that the car overturned, resulting in catastrophic consequences. Despite efforts from bystanders and authorities, all four occupants of the car succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the accident.

Local authorities promptly responded to the distress call and dispatched emergency services to the accident site. With the assistance of a crane, the bodies of the deceased were carefully retrieved from the mangled wreckage. The sight of the tragic aftermath drew a crowd of shocked onlookers, who expressed disbelief at the severity of the accident and mourned the loss of young lives.

Chandil police station in-charge Varun Kumar Yadav confirmed the grim news, stating that the bodies of the deceased have been transported to MGM Hospital for post-mortem examinations.
