Jamshedpur: A wave of grief has swept through the family of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren. His 21-year-old grandson, Veer Soren, passed away suddenly during a trip to Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday.
Sudden Medical Emergency in Manali
Veer Soren was the son of Babulal Soren. According to initial reports, he had traveled to the Kullu-Manali region with a group of friends for a holiday.
During the trip, the group visited snow-covered areas for recreational activities, including skiing. Sources indicate that Veer Soren returned to his hotel after playing in the snow. Shortly after his return, he reportedly lost consciousness.
Friends immediately rushed him to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. However, medical professionals declared him dead upon arrival.
Investigation Into Cause of Death
The exact cause of the young man’s death remains unknown at this time. Family members have stated that a clearer picture will emerge only after a formal medical investigation. Furthermore, local police authorities in Himachal Pradesh have not yet released an official statement regarding the incident.

The family received the news of the untimely demise late Tuesday evening. Consequently, several relatives immediately departed from Jamshedpur for Kullu to complete the necessary formalities.
