Jamshedpur: Central Public School, Adityapur, celebrated its 20th Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for the academic session 2024–25 on December 20, 2025, at the school campus with great enthusiasm. The event was organised under the theme “Transformation – A Vibrant Display of the Journey of Change,” highlighting the school’s focus on academic excellence and holistic development.
The programme began with the welcoming of the Chief Guest, Parul Singh, Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Adityapur Municipal Corporation. The ceremony included a traditional tilak, lighting of the lamp, and presentation of bouquets. School Chairman Hare Ram Singh and other distinguished guests were also present.
Students opened the programme with a graceful Ganesh Vandana, creating a devotional atmosphere. Addressing the gathering, Principal Rama Shankar Singh spoke about the school’s academic achievements and success in co-curricular activities, appreciating the joint efforts of teachers, parents, and students. The Chief Guest, in her address, encouraged students to work hard, uphold values, and aim for excellence.
The cultural programme featured colourful dances, songs, a fancy dress show, a short play, musical performances, and poetry, showcasing the creativity and talent of the students. Awards were presented to Super Achievers, subject toppers of Classes X and XII, all-rounders, best outgoing students, and winners in academics, sports, culture, innovation, and exhibitions.
