CBI team queries Dahu Yadav’s father in illegal mining investigation

Sahibganj: In the ongoing investigation into the Rs 1000 crore illegal mining and money laundering case related to ED witness Vijay Hansda, a three-member CBI team made its fifth visit to Sahibganj late on Monday night. On Tuesday morning, the team reached the residence of Dahu Yadav, a key figure in the case, and conducted a thorough investigation in the vicinity, including the bathhouse.
During the inquiry, the CBI team directly questioned Dahu’s father, Pashupati Yadav, about the whereabouts of Dahu Yadav. Specific queries included when he was last in contact with Dahu and since when Dahu has not returned home. The interrogation session lasted approximately 40 minutes, during which the CBI team collected papers and documents from Dahu’s father. The investigation aims to uncover crucial details in the illegal mining and money laundering probe.
