Jamshedpur, Feb 5: A case of criminal conspiracy and cheating has been lodged against Abhilash Singh Bittu, a resident of Kasidih by one Gurdip Singh Pappu for taking a sum of Rs 1.25 crore and then refusing to register the house in the name of the payer.
Abhilash Singh’s mother Asha Devi and father Fulkant Singh are also made co-accused in the same case.
According to report, Gurdip Singh Pappu, a resident of Sitaramdera knew Abhilash Singh since a long time and since Abhilash Singh family was undergoing financial crisis and decided to sell off his landed property to Gurdip Singh Pappu in return of an amount of Rs 1.25 crore and after completing documents of sale.
When Gurdip Singh Pappu and his wife threatened them to return the amount then Abhilash and his family made one or the other excuse and adopted delaying tactics. On March 2019 Abhilash Singh arrived at the residence of Gurdeep Singh Pappu and did an agreement for selling his property for an amount of Rs 1.30 lakh. It was decided that only after getting Rs 5 lakh would Abhilash complete registration. However, the complainant several times tried to give Rs 5 lakh and complete the registration of the property but Abhilash continued to adopt delaying tactics.
Abhilash mother lodged a complaint against Gurdeep Singh Pappu without any facts and figures. When Gurdeep Singh Pappu threatened to take legal steps then Abhilash and his mother started abusing him.
