Jamshedpur, July 25: Carmel Junior College in Sonari marked World Heart Day with an awareness rally led by the students of Class V. The event was organized under the leadership of School Manager Sister Jyoti, Principal Sister M. Sharel A.C., and Vice Principal Sr. Amala Rani A.C, as part of the Service Learning initiative.
The rally aimed to raise awareness about heart health, emphasizing that maintaining a healthy heart is a personal responsibility. The students highlighted the importance of a proper diet, regular exercise, and stress management in keeping the heart healthy. With slogan posters and enthusiastic participation, the children inspired the community to adopt healthier lifestyles for better heart health.
Teachers Padmaja, Priya Peter, Nelly Ghosh, Paromita, and Mahua Ghosh played crucial roles in ensuring the rally’s success, contributing significantly to the campaign’s impact.
