Jamshedpur, Jan 9: Delhi High Court has ruled that the name ‘Social 75’ cannot be used by the owner of the restaurant-cum-bar situated at Bistupur, sources said. A petition in this regard was filed by Impressario Entertainment which claimed that its brand name ‘Social’ was being misused. The court of Justice Jyoti Singh gave the judgment which said the name ‘Social’ could not be used as it was a registered trademark. The said Group runs everal restaurants and bars with the name ‘Social’, sources said.
