Burnt body of Jamshedpur woman found in Telco Flat

Jamshedpur, Jan 3: A woman’s half-burnt body was discovered on Friday in a flat near the Hudco Theme Park Manokamna Mandir, Telco, under mysterious circumstances. The deceased, identified as 50-year-old Indrani Madina, was found in a burnt state inside her residence. Her husband, Santosh Madina, reported the incident to the Telco police after discovering the body.

According to Santosh Madina, the couple had dried wheat earlier in the day and had planned to grind it in the market. Before leaving, Indrani had asked her husband to bring mutton on his way back. When Santosh returned home, he found the door locked from the inside. Unable to get a response, he called upon construction workers in the vicinity, who used a ladder to enter through the back balcony.

Upon entering the flat, Santosh was shocked to find his wife’s body in the bedroom, partially burnt. He immediately informed the police, who arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation. The police have taken the body for examination, and forensic experts are working on determining the exact cause of death.

Santosh Madina, who works as a clerk at Little Angel School in Telco and his wife lived alone in the flat, and the couple had no children. The police are continuing their investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding Indrani’s death, and any potential foul play is being closely examined.
