Burglars decamp with cash and ornaments in separate incidents at Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Feb 18: Unidentified burglars broke into a house of Piyush Goyal in Urmila Apartment in Tapadia Compound on Jugsalai Station Road under Jugsalai thana and decamped with jewellery and ornaments while the household members had gone on February 17 evening to attend a marriage function. 
According to complaint lodged by Piyush Goyal in thana, they had gone to marriage function on February 17 and after returning on the same day they found the lock broken and on entering the house found the locker broken and cash worth Rs 2 lakh kept in the locker missing along with gold ornaments and all the household articles thrown here and there. 
A case has been lodged against unidentified burglars who might have committed the act in the densely populated Jugsalai after careful recce of the house.

In another burglary case, thieves took away 50,000 cash, gold ornaments from the house of Sudhir Kumar Singh at Gandhinagar Basti under Burmamines thana on February 17 night. A case has been lodged by Sudhir Singh’s wife Radha Devi against unidentified burglars in the thana.
