Builder starts work in sealed building, FIR ordered

Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) Special Officer Sanjay Kumar has ordered lodging of an FIR against a Sonari-based builder for allegedly resuming work in a sealed building.
Kumar said the builder had entered the seal building despite a clear order to stop work by the JNAC officials who had found deviation in the building design. He said he had asked the officials to update report on the condition of the sealed buildings. Those starting work in the sealed buildings without getting them regularized will face legal action, said Kumar.
