Jamshedpur, March 8: The Vishwa Shanti Palace, a branch of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, organized a magnificent procession along Marine Drive on the occasion of Maha Shivratri. The procession featured a towering statue of Lord Shankar mounted on a truck, with tableau presentations, which traversed the Sonari area for two days.

During the procession, the significance of Maha Shivratri was elucidated, emphasizing the distinction between Shiva and Shankar. Participants were enlightened about the formless Supreme God Shiva, known as the father of all human souls, and the physical manifestation of Shankar, created by the formless God, symbolizing destruction of demonic forces.

Additionally, it was announced that a Shiv Mahima event would take place at 4:00 pm at the Seva Kendra located at Marine Drive on Maha Shivratri. A Kalash Yatra is scheduled to be held at the Brahma Kumari Seva Kendra in Bistupur on March 9, along with a Shiva flag hoisting program, continuing the series of celebrations for Maha Shivratri.
