Jamshedpur, Oct 8: The annual bonus agreement of Tata Steel Homeopathy Centre (TSHC) with provision of 8.33% of annual Basic plus DA to all employees was signed at the Tata Steel Board Room on Tuesday.
As per the agreement each employee will get an ex- gratia payment for the year 2012 -2013, amounting to 8.33% of their earnings which includes Basic and DA and payment of Rs. 2200/- subject to a maximum ceiling of Rs. 8400/-
On behalf of the management Rajiv Kumar, President, Ritu Raj Sinha, General Secretary, Umesh Mittal, Treasurer, B K Dinda and Rajnish Kumar both members of the Managing Committee of Tata Steel Homeopathy Centre were signatories while from Tata Steel Homeopathy Society Employees Union P N Singh, President, R K Singh, Vice President, R Ravi Prasad, General Secretary, B P Singh, Joint Secretary and S K Singh, Treasurer signed on the bonus agreement.
