Jamshedpur, July 4: Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) celebrated its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony with great enthusiasm, honouring students for their outstanding academic achievements during the 2025–26 session.
The event was attended by Chief Guest Atul Bhatnagar, Managing Director of Tata Steel UISL, along with NHES President Nakul Kamani, Secretary Devang Gandhi, members of the school management, parents, teachers and students.
Principal Paramita Roy Chaudhary presented the Annual Report, highlighting the school’s achievements and milestones during the academic year.
Among the ICSE achievers, Riya Barik topped the Science stream with 98.4 per cent and secured the fifth position in the city. Subhabrata Samanta stood second in the Science stream with 97.6 per cent. In the Commerce stream, Moksh Sharda scored the highest with 97.8 per cent, while Aribah Shamshad secured the second-highest marks.
Addressing the gathering, Atul Bhatnagar encouraged students to become responsible leaders and promote peace, unity and compassion through their actions. Reflecting this message, the event featured a cultural presentation based on the theme of “Peace,” including poetry, music and dance.
The school also felicitated ISC toppers. Pragati Sekseria topped the Science stream with 98.25 per cent and secured the seventh position in the city, while Aastha Raturi stood second with 97.5 per cent. In Commerce, Aarushi Kar scored 98 per cent to secure the third position in the city, while Pratibha Kumari Rajak scored 97.5 per cent and secured the fifth position.
The ceremony also recognised the achievements of JEE Advanced qualifiers Aditi Anand and Alvia Zeya.
