Jamshedpur: Valley View School organised a blood donation camp with the support of Jamshedpur Blood Bank and Voluntary Blood Donors Association, in the school premises on Thursday.
Chief Guest for the occasion Rajen Sahay, Head, Corporate Communication, TRF Ltd inaugurated the camp by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Distinguished guests from TRF Ltd and Tata Cummins were also present. The first to donate blood was Suraj Shekhar, an alumnus of school. 50 units of blood was collected during the camp. Principal of the school Alka Arvind Kumar, teachers Krishna Niwas, Kalyani, Manikuntala and others were present.
