Jamshedpur : Tata Motors has once again announced a block closure from 18 to 22 May, in view of the decline in production. According to information, May 23 is Sunday, so the company will open six days later. A circular has been issued by the company’s plant head Vishal Badshah. It has been said in the circular that during block-closure there will be a reduction of fifty percent of the personal leave or casual leave of the employees.
During block-closure, 50 percent salary will be deducted while only 50 percent salary will be given. During this block-closure, the employee or officer on duty will be informed separately.
If any officer or employee is called for duty and does not get duty, then the entire day’s salary of the people will be deducted. At the end of the leave of the employee, the money will be deducted from their salary or else the leave of the employee is half the percentage of block-closure.
