Jamshedpur, September 19: The election commission will kick off voters registration campaign from September 20.
To support the drive BJP will also launch ‘Jan Sahyog Abhiyan’ to add maximum voters to the list and will play the support role for the campaign.
For the same a meeting was held at Sakchi office of the party which was headed by district President Dinesh Kumar which saw the presence of all party units chiefs on Monday evening.
Addressing the meeting, Dinesh Kumar said, youths will be made aware of nationalist policy and will make efforts to make them join the BJP.
Several units of BJP will launch ‘Jan Sahyog Abhiyan’ were for the next 45 days new voters will be added, the old voters address and other errors will be taken care off.
BJP workers will take full information from the block level officers and will launch mass drive at their own level. This will be followed by adding of new voters to the list and error correction.
Dinesh further informed that through the campaign party workers will make the party ideas reach the youths. BJP district president went on to say that through campaign at booth level several youths will be made to join BJP which would make the party more youthful.
The main motive of the campaign will be make the youths join the party who will complete 18 years of age on 1st January, 2017, said Kumar.
He added that all the unit presidents should ensure and help in the victory of ABVP candidates in the students union election. At the meeting Deepu Singh, Neeraj Singh, Rajesh Sao, Nisar Ahmed, Chunnu Bhumij, Prabir Chatterjee, Pankaj Sinha, Abhay Choubey, Pintu Sarangi, Paresh Dutta and others were present.
