BJP Jamshedpur celebrates Veer Bal Diwas, honors Sahibzadas’ sacrifice

Jamshedpur: On the occasion of Veer Bal Diwas, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jamshedpur Mahanagar paid tribute to the unmatched sacrifice of the Sahibzadas, the sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, marking their martyrdom. The event, held on Thursday, was chaired by District President Sudhanshu Ojha, with Jharkhand BJP State Vice President and former Minister Badkunwar Gagarai as the chief guest.

The program commenced with the garlanding of a picture of the Sahibzadas and the lighting of lamps, followed by a tribute from the leaders and party workers who praised the bravery and sacrifice of the Veer Sahibzadas. The event was conducted by District Vice President Sanjeev Sinha, and the thank-you note was presented by District Co-Convener and Minority Front President Manjeet Singh.

Badkunwar Gagarai, in his address, expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for honoring the bravery of the Sahibzadas. “Veer Bal Diwas is a symbol of the highest sacrifice made to protect Indianness and religion. This day is dedicated to remembering the valour and devotion of the four brave sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji,” he said. He also acknowledged Prime Minister Modi for giving national recognition to this significant event, stating that the observance of Veer Bal Diwas would ensure the sacrificial story of the Sahibzadas is passed on to future generations.

BJP District President Sudhanshu Ojha further emphasized that the Sahibzadas’ sacrifice at such a young age for the protection of religion and justice is an inspiration for the entire nation. “Mothers should tell the story of their courage to their children to instill patriotism and devotion to religion in them,” he said. He also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for giving the sacrifice of the Sahibzadas a prominent place in Indian history.
