Jamshedpur, Dec 21: A delegation of Bharatiya Janata Morcha (BJM) west Vidhan Sabha constituency’s Azadnagar Mandal led by convener Mustaq Ahmad met the Mango Municipal Corporation’s Executive Officer and handed him a letter pointing out the various problems being faced by the denizens of Mango.
BJM district president Subodh Srivastav pointed out on the occasion that civic services in MMC command areas like roads, drains, sanitation, street lights, drinking water provisions and other basic utilities were in bad shape thereby causing immeasurable problems to the residents. The delegation warned that if the lacunas in the civic facilities were not rectified within a period of 15 days, then BJM would organize demonstrations including at the MMC office. The Executive Officer assured the BJM delegation that their demands would be met and that the officials of the relevant departments would be given necessary instructions. He assured that he would personally keep tack on the activities. The other members of the delegation included BJM lraders Kulvinder Singh Pannu, Pravin Singh, Akash Shah, Dharmendra Prasad, Santosh Bhagat, Raghavendra Pratap Singh, Faroukh and others.
