Jamshedpur: The 127th birth anniversary of Shree Shree Thakur Anukul Chandra will be held in a big way on February 19.
A grand celebration would be organized on the occasion on the premises of Satsang Bihar Tatanagar at Kashidih Bagan Area. Preparations are going on in full swing for the religious ceremony.
President of Satsang Bihar Tatanagar Mohan Lal Agrawal said that the birth anniversary celebration of Thakur Anukul Chandra would begin at 5 am with Dev Mangaliki, Usha Kirtan and other rituals.
To mark the occasion a day-long programme will be held that include religious discourse, rendition of religious songs, Dharma Sabha, colorful cultural events.
Diksha programme will also be held all through the day during the ceremony, Agarwal said.
The organizing committee which would conduct the ceremony includes GP Tiwari, Bhadarmal Khemka, Sawarmal Agrawal, BP Sharma, Uttam Sarkar, Naresh Prasad and others.
