Jadugora: A 10 day long Bhagvad Katha recitation programme commenced at Bada Govindpur Busti near Narwa Pahar on Tuesday.
On this occasion, a large number of women participated in Harinam Sankirtan. A kalash yatra was also taken out by the participants. Pundit Pawan Krishna Shastri gave discourse to the devotees.
He informed the audience about the right method of listening to religious and spiritual discourse. He also spoke on the significance of Bhagvad Katha for everyone.
He said organizing such programmes was essential for the overall development of a person. The programme was organized under the aegis of Radha Govind Mandir Seva Samiti.
