Ranchi: The state Congress president Sukhdev Bhagat today said that a special committee should be formed in the state to formulate a domicile policy.
He said the committee should submit a report on the domicile policy formulation issues within a fixed deadline to the state government.
He said the government allies had agreed to form a special committee for the formulation of the domicile issue at the time of formulation of the state government.
