Ranchi: Former president of the OBC cell of the state Congress committee Virendra Jaisawal today said the state Congress in-charge BK Hari Prasad had no powers to remove him from his post.
He alleged that the suspension order issued by Hari Prasad against him was against the constitution of the party. He said he was appointed by the national president of the cell KC Lenka with the consent of party supremo Sonia Gandhi.
