Baug E Jamsheed School: Parents take center stage at ‘The Fun Fair’

Jamshedpur, Dec 9: Baug E Jamsheed School played host to annual parent involvement extravaganza, ‘The Fun Fair,’ on December 9, within the vibrant confines of the school premises.

Around 25 enthusiastic parents showcased their culinary skills by setting up diverse food stalls, offering a delectable array of homemade delights. The event also featured engaging games, fostering a lively atmosphere that drew large numbers of parents and children, resulting in a resounding success. In a heartening gesture, the participating parents pledged to contribute a portion of their earnings towards a charitable cause.

Various attractions, including trampolines and tattoo artists, provided additional entertainment for the children, enhancing the overall festive experience. The fair was inaugurated by Daisy Irani, President of the Jamshedpur Zoroastrian Association Education Society (JZAES), adding a distinguished touch to the occasion. The managing committee of the school commended the children’s efforts, acknowledging their creativity and commitment.

Anu Tewary, the school’s principal, expressed the institution’s educational vision of combining learning with enjoyment. She highlighted ‘The Fun Fair’ as a prime example of an event where students actively participated in decision-making processes such as buying items, contributing to a holistic learning experience. Mrs. Tewary also commended the collaborative efforts of parents, underscoring their pivotal role in making the program a monumental success.
