Jamshedpur: The Kadma New Farm Area Durga Puja Committee, along with the Sonari Central Durga Puja Committee, hosted the grand inauguration of their magnificent Durga Puja pandal today, with former minister Banna Gupta presiding over the ceremonial opening.
The event commenced with Banna Gupta performing the traditional worship rituals, followed by the official ribbon-cutting to mark the inauguration.
During his visit, the former minister praised the committee members for their meticulous planning and dedication, describing the pandal as visually stunning and spiritually uplifting.

Special arrangements have been made for the comfort and convenience of all visitors, including senior citizens and women, ensuring that devotees can have a peaceful and fulfilling darshan of Goddess Durga.
The former state health minister also sought the blessings of the Divine Mother, emphasizing the spiritual significance of the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, he stated, “Goddess Durga is the remover of all obstacles, and her remembrance alone can bring solutions to life’s challenges.”
Extending his heartfelt wishes to the residents, he added, “On this auspicious occasion of Navratri, may Maa Durga bless the people of our state with success, happiness, prosperity, and peace.”
He further encouraged the citizens of Jamshedpur to participate wholeheartedly in the festival, urging families to immerse themselves in the joyous and devotional atmosphere of the celebrations.
The inauguration was marked by enthusiasm and devotion, setting the tone for a vibrant Durga Puja celebration in the community.
