Jamshedpur : All nationalised banks will observe a strike on Wednesday.
The decision was taken on Monday after talks between banks’ union leaders and the labour department over wage revision and other agreements failed.
The strike has been called by the United Forum of Bank Unions. Heera Arkane said a rally was taken out on Tuesday in support of strike.
On Wednesday, a demonstration and general body meeting will be held at the SBI main branch at 12 noon.
