Jamshedpur, October 17: Bank of Baroda, Jamshedpur Region, organized a Vigilance Awareness Camp in Gamharia Panchayat on October 17, 2025. The camp primarily targeted women from self-help groups across the Gamharia, Kandra, and Adityapur branches, with a total of 120 participants attending.
The initiative aimed to educate rural women about the importance of vigilance in daily life. Participants appreciated the campaign, calling it unique and highly beneficial. Bank officials described it as one of the most successful awareness programmes organized by the Jamshedpur Region.
The event was attended by Sunil Kumar Saha, Deputy Regional Head, Jamshedpur Region; Deepika Krishnan, Chief Manager – Vigilance Department, Bhubaneswar Zonal Office; branch heads of Gamharia and Kandra; and other staff members from the regional office.
