Bank of India Telco observes mass contact programme �Ghar Ghar Dastak�

Jamshedpur, May 31: Bank of India (BOI), Telco branch launched a marketing drive , a mass contact programme called as �Star Mahotsav, Ghar Ghar Dastak� to generate more leads and more business under retail assets , liabilities and enhance mobile banking, digitisation.

The branch which has more than 75 thousand customers is of special importance in BOI group.

Under the �Star Mahotsav, Ghar Ghar Dastak� initiative the branch staff met the existing as well as prospective customers by visiting their residence and soliciting further business from them.

Chief Manager of the bank, Anil Kumar said, on the very first day 485 new accounts were opened and the customers were informed about the internet banking, debit-credit card, posh machine. Education loan, house loan, vehicle and business loan were also distributed under which Rs 2 crore loan amount has been approved. For loan amount recovery people were made aware as part of NPA Rs 2 crore were recovered.

A conference was also held in the evening with the customers whcih focused on cashless banking. The education and vehicle loan stalls put up in the bank premises drew customers in large numbers.

Present on the occasion were Zonal manager Alok Prakash Yadav, AGM Vinod Kumar, chief manager (branch) Anil Kumar, credit manager Ramantu Raghvendra, relationship manager Marwin Mose and others were present.
